Deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon grew more than 88% in June and puts organizations on alert.

Several ONG's related to environmental protection that this problem is directly related with President Jair Bolsonaro and his way of doing politics encouraging ilegal logging and strengthening the idea of impunity among the ones who commit it.
The ilegally deforested area in the Brazilian Amazon grew 88.4% in June vs the same month the year before. It's the first time that deforestation has grown for two months in a row since the arrival of President Jair Bolsonaro, who has been favorable to a relaxation of environmental regulations in the country.
In my opinion this needs to stop right now because the Brazilian Amazon is one of the most important ecosystems in the world and hosts a variety of animals and plants. Also it is one of the most important oxygen producers in the planet, so it is not just for animals but for the greater good of the whole planet.

Yesterday (7/05/19) one student was killed and eight were injured in a school shooting in Colorado, Usa. The police hasn't reveiled the identity of the shooters yet but it is believed that it was carried out by two two students; a boy and a girl. It took place in the middle school and witnesses declare that the victim, who was identified as 18 year-old Kendrick Castillo who was graduating in three more days, tackled the student in order to give the others time to escape but died in the attempt.
